Refund policy

Exchange and Return Policy Summary  

- Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a refund and place a new order.  
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition.  
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
- Final Sale: No returns or exchanges on final sale items.  

How to Submit a Return Request  

1. Access Your Account:  
   Click on the profile icon in the store menu or visit the refund policy/returns page.  

2. Log In:  
   - Enter your email address and click "Continue."  
   - Check your email for a message from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.  
   - Return to the online store and enter the verification code.  

3. Request a Return:  
   - Click "Request Return" for the order you want to return.  
   - If your order contains multiple items, select the specific items you wish to return.  
   - Choose a return reason and add any notes for the store.  
   - Click "Request Return."  

4. Await Approval:  
   If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, your refund will be processed.
